Unless you specify otherwise, your donation is allocated proportionally across our active programs based on need. You can specify a preference for one of our impact areas when you give. Annual financial summaries are shared with all donors.
For donors outside South Sudan: when you submit the form, we email you our bank wire details so you can complete the transfer from your own bank in USD or EUR. Funds typically arrive within 2โ5 business days. For donors inside South Sudan: use mGURUSH or MTN MoMo from your phone (see the local mobile money section). In all cases, we email you a receipt once the gift is confirmed.
For wire transfers: you'll receive our bank details by email immediately after submitting the form, and a thank-you receipt once we confirm the funds in our account. For mobile money: you'll get an automatic confirmation message from the provider on your phone, and an emailed receipt from us within minutes.
Recurring donations through mobile money are coming soon. In the meantime, you can set a monthly reminder for yourself, or contact us directly to arrange a structured giving plan if you'd like to commit to ongoing support.
